Arm64 build

I was testing helm3 on an arm64 cluster, used
$ helm plugin install https://github.com/helm/helm-2to3
to install the plugin but got a ELF 64-bit LSB executable, x86-64.

Not sure if helm checks the cpu architecture and its just a question of making an arm build or if helm is just ignoring the cpu arch.

@walduino Thanks for raising this. Support needs to be added for arm64. PR #74 opened.

v0.1.6 got arm64 support:

root@test-arm64:~# linux-arm64/helm plugin install https://github.com/helm/helm-2to3
