Ghost Intergration documentation

Hello,

I recently tried to integrate handlebars-helpers with ghost and found it less than straightforward, and found the documentation online to be incorrect/out of date. I'd like to add some light documentation to this projects readme on how I achieved it, but given the large config change i'm not sure putting it all in the readme makes sense.

Let me know if you'd welcome some documentation for this and what you feel would be the best way to contribute it. I was thinking "see this gist for ghost installation" could suffice.
