Dead? Process to transfer ownership?

Hi,

I was curious if this project was dead or considered abandoned and was wondering if there could be a process put in place for those looking to gain ownership of this? I don't use Handlebars as often as I'd like, but I feel this would help lift the project back on it's feet for those still utilising it.
