@SpiritQuaddicted what do you want to do here? Recreate the existing system of using the forum for the news, etc?

I'd be fine with that, seems to be a good effort-outcome ratio. Of course if there is another, easy way of having a separate system (using the same accounts for commenting), that would be great too.
