Rename "packages" menu entry to "maps"

Usability issue. Players are looking for maps, not packages.

The new site should accomomate all kinds of things, maps, mods, engines, random other files. Packages would indicate something people could install, at least that was my thought about it. Type-specific frontends (that filtered the things for e. g. being maps or engines) would of course be awesome but at the heart everything should be equal.
