Gears from Titanium should be eliminated

Titanium provides three types of gears with the same tags as Thermal's, but have recipes don't require an iron nugget in the fifth(middle) slot. Not impacting much to the balance but worths a removal.

Also, Refined Obsidian Ingots in Mekanism way are made from 1 dust and an Osmium Ingot and requires Osmium Compressor to run it but the Induction Furnace from Thermal Series allows for direct obtaining without any additional ingredients.
