Second Ordos and Harkonnen campaign levels can be finished without harvesting 2700 spice

Originally observed in #14.
The second Ordos mission still finished without needing to harvest the 2700 spice by destroying the Harkonnen base.
In comparison, I think Atreides campaign level 2 does still need to harvest 2700 even if the enemy base is destroyed.

Looks like second Harkonnen mission also finishes after destroying enemy base.
