Using Sublime's package control doesn't work

So when I use package control to install this in sublime (on a mac) bit the rmate- sub directories ends up empty. So I have no file to copy to the remote server

@rekendahl It seems that SPC doesn't download git submodules. You should probably use git clone --recursive manually.
