Create a way to specify the registration of the TextAnimBlock, like
TOP_LEFT, CENTER, etc...

TextAnimTools.blocksAnchor created, but works only with vector text without
pattern
or gradient color. This must be fixed.

The anchor system was transferred from TextAnimTools to TextAnim, and now works
with
textures.
