Bringing This Back To Life for Android Phones

Motivation

There is a huge lack of a simple and free gesture app that just lets you draw things and launch app shortcuts such as Tasker tasks based on what you drew. Closest I could find was Gesture Suite which is filled with paid subscriptions and advertisements. Next was Gesture which now seems to be abandoned in a unfinished state where integration for MacroDroid is yet to be implemented since 2021; I tried contacting the developer through e-mails, but received no response.

Proposal

Any plans to continue this project, but for Android phones? I have Android 11 and it crashes on both APK releases when I try viewing all my gestures, or just after selecting an app to add a gesture for.

Unfortunately, this project has been unmaintenance for over 5 years now, since I'm not using an Andorid phone or Wear OS devices currently, I can't really continue the development and provide updates right now.

However, since this project is fully open source, anyone who is interested can develop their own app based on this. I'll also try to find some free time in the future to pick up Java again and update the app to support the latest Android versions:)
