Are there any plans on using a standard ubuntu image instead of the deprecated ubuntu-debootstrap ?
This image is officially deprecated in favor of the standard ubuntu image, and will receive no further updates.

Heroku-16 uses the main Ubuntu image. For compatibility, we're not making any changes to Cedar-14.
