Is this deprecated or not?

The README says this is deprecated, use the archaelus repo instead. Both repos are mentioned in the README instructions, and there are commit messages that look like this version was undeprecated. It would be great if the confusion would be straightened out, especially since the heroku version works and the archaelus version doesn't on this sample app.

We're just in the middle of un-deprecating this buildpack, so yes, you should use this one, not my old fork.
