k8s: manage external dns aliases

homek8s clusters are typically run at home, behind a router with a dynamic public ip address.
The cluster should be able to periodically update an external dns record pointing to the cluster / home router.
homek8s could e.g. update a dns alias at godaddy or digitalocean when the public ip changes.
