I am on Windows 10 Home, and I downloaded the .zip file. From there I have the folder and I'm confused what to do from then

Builds aren't hosted officially anymore. The zip you downloaded is the source code. You could compile it yourself from that, but if you don;t know how you need to use third-party sources to get it. I managed to find this one that matches the checksum of the copy I have:
