[Feature Request] Support vector image as background

In order to avoid scaling issues altogether (see #4), it would be great if vector images could be used as a backdrop (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Firefox_logo,_2019.svg).

Thanks for your proposal. ;)
It's now possible to use a SVG file as background but the result is still a raster graphic. I guess the goal is that the end result is also a vector graphic / SVG file.
Current result (using the referenced SVG file) / scaling factor of 36:
