Is it possible to change the shape of finder_dark or lines? I want to create something like this:

Currently, I created this using segno but it is a little ugly.

Thanks for your suggestion but it is not possible to change the shape of the finder patterns or other modules.
Segno focuses on implementing the standard without relying on external libs.
I guess such change requires some external libs like Pillow.

Maybe that's an option for https://github.com/heuer/qrcode-artistic which is a bit more liberal in terms of dependencies.
I'll add an issue / reminder to the issue tracker of qrcode-artistic
