Found this on http://superuser.com/questions/36567/how-do-i-uninstall-any-apple-pkg-package-file
The github readme file links to http://sourceforge.net/projects/packageuninstaller/files/latest/download which is a "Whoops, we can't find that page."
Manually looking for files at http://sourceforge.net/projects/packageuninstaller/files/ shows zero files.
Perhaps you can make a release using github releases?
