Dev 9, LOD slider works in only one direction on Skyrim LE NIFs

Dragging it to the right correctly hides parts of the mesh.
However dragging it to the left again does not make them reappear.
It works fine for Starfield.

The LOD levels were inverted (Level 0 now means highest detail) to be more in line with how games use the term, I inverted the levels for older games but I guess there is a logical change required also. I will debug and fix.
