Show the time of user's last seen

Currently, there is no label saying about last user activity time, as it is presented in other Telegram clients.

Probably the schema of the templates must be kind of:

• last seen 4 minutes ago (if time <= 30 minutes)
• last seen 2 hours ago (if time > 30 minutes and time <= 6 hours)
• last seen today at hours:minutes (if time > 6 hours and time < 1 day)
• last seen yesterday at hours:minutes (if time > 1 day and time < 2 days)
• last seen day.month.year at hours:minutes (if time > 2 days)

And for hidden statuses:

• last seen recently
• last seen within a week
• last seen within a month
• last seen a long time ago

This feature worked already for users who do not share their status. Now extended with shared status feature
