Unable to find server or import server

I have an overkill media server which I use to host minecraft servers on upon request. It's usually a "Can you host X modpack?" ones or twice a year thing. And every time I do I try to either import server, or copy files directly to server folder but MineOS is never able to find the server if I copy files, or able to actually create a server through import method. And I spend one or two days to get it to work. There are no logs to help troubleshoot with either.

I've done some googling and while I see many with the issue I can't seem to find a solution. Anyone able to help me figure out how I'm supposed to start a modpack without spending days to make it work? Ofc, my goldfish memory makes it so I never remember what the solution is, but I think it's something different every time. Either way, with the import feature I can't seem to understand why it wouldn't work?

Also, what exactly is mineos looking for to show an available server through webui? Like, I just do not understand why it fail to recognize a server.
