Servers not starting or restarting on via the web interface untill UI reload

Servers are not starting or restarting via the user web interface with the latest spigot 1.14.4 until the UI is reloaded. This does not apply to automatic restarts via the Crontab Schedule function.

Running my instance via the FreeNAS plugin version of this application and have not tested other installation methods.

Seems to be fixed by updating the scripts, the npm packages or the webui. Not sure which one did the trick because I've updated them all after each other.
