Publish Headwind to the Open VSX extension gallery

Hi, thank you for your awesome Tailwind extension.
I use Codium as an open source alternative to Visual Source Code (that is not open source and sends telemetry (by default) without explicit user consent, which is not compliant with European data protection laws).
Codium is not allowed to install extensions from the VS Code Marketplace. Hopefully, Codium uses a community driven, open source extension gallery: Open VSX (open-vsx.org).
Open VSX already distributes 1151 VSCode extensions:
