S3methods for print and summary in Rmarkdown are chopped in different places with some information showing but not others
All information is printed OK to console
All information is printed OK in Rmarkdown HTML and .pdf output
The only issue is that within Rmarkdown chunks print and summary output are not visible as a single cohesive piece
