popup message 无法定位程序输入点 QueryUnbiasedInterruptTime 于动态链接库 KERNEL32.dll 上。
found error in
LibHandle := LoadLibrary(PChar(CefLibrary));

it cannot in winxp？

QueryUnbiasedInterruptTime may in win7 or up

@perva01, CEF 3,2623 - chromium 49 is the last build for XP and Vista.
