How to convert .hic or cool format to .npy file?

Opened this issue · 2 comments

Hello,
Thanks for such an interesting tool.
I've run test data, and everything is perfect.
But I don't know how to convert my data to .npy format.
Could you show me how to do it?
Thanks a lot!

Han

Hi Han! Thanks for your question, and apologies for our delayed response. This functionality is something we worked on integrating a while ago, but I don't think it was finalized. I'll look into this and get back to you.

Thank you for your reply.
I have another question: what does each column mean in .pdb files?
For example, in my .pdb file,

ATOM 1 O C01 A 1 -172.741 55.185 187.178 1.00 50.00
ATOM 2 O C01 A 1 -170.378 42.831 157.096 1.00 75.00
ATOM 3 O C01 A 1 -171.272 42.075 140.113 1.00 75.00
ATOM 4 O C01 A 1 -158.417 34.482 115.318 1.00 75.00
ATOM 5 O C01 A 1 -165.768 23.717 108.688 1.00 75.00
ATOM 6 O C01 A 1 -162.132 10.495 97.516 1.00 75.00
ATOM 7 O C01 A 1 -168.282 0.384 82.696 1.00 75.00

What's the meaning of the second column and the other columns?

Thank you in advance.
Han
