Third connection mode: gateway?

Currently plumbing is nice way to offer public access to selected communities and bouncer mode is great for personalized private access.

However there is a gap for providing public gateway access to a IRC network without having users to go through a manual setup procedure like is the case with the bouncer mode.

So for the proposed gateway mode it would be nice if an administrator could pre-establish a network connection and then have heisenbridge automatically expose all rooms listed on that network as corresponding matrix rooms, i.e #heisenbridge on a predefined IRC network is automatically accessible at #heisenbridge:your.homeserver.tld for public access.
