Hi there,
Perhaps you had an error copying the code into your document? I think that's the issue, because there's no mention of iLabel on line 112 of the script.
Please remove all triggers, delete your script documents and copy-paste the script into a brand new, blank document. I just tried it again today with a completely new user and managed to do it without issue.
I mentioned this in my blog comment, but you will probably have more luck getting a technical person whom you know to help you install this.
