We need to set at least:

  • PYTHONPATH to include the new infrastructure/build/python directory
  • either set PSYCLONECONFIG to point to the config file, or probably better: add the -c command line option to the psyclone call

Hmm - actually, this should mostly be part of lfric_atm build I'd guess, but FAB needs a way to add command line options to psyclone (or even just to take an optional argument for the config file)
