Hi,
first, I wanna thank you for you effort, does youtube-dl support dash stream detection? also do you know if there's something for iOS like your project?

I think it does. I just checked and used youtube-dl -F <url> on a live stream in youtube and it worked.
I'm sure there are video downloaders for IOS but I'm not sure if there's one that integrates with a browser. My project was inspired by XDM download manager. I can't find an Android version of it so I made my own. I'm not sure if someone have the same idea for IOS though.
