A simple little Ruby gem that converts strings to Arpabet.
Add this line to your application's Gemfile:
gem 'string_to_arpa'
And then execute:
$ bundle
Or install it yourself as:
$ gem install string_to_arpa
To convert a string to Arpabet:
"yay".to_arpa
=> "Y EY1"
If the string isn't in the database, calling .to_arpa
simply returns the original string.
- Fork it ( https://github.com/hilarysk/string_to_arpa/fork )
- Create your feature branch (
git checkout -b my-new-feature
) - Commit your changes (
git commit -am 'Add some feature'
) - Push to the branch (
git push origin my-new-feature
) - Create a new Pull Request
