Suggestion: rename cmd/gh to cmd/ghome as it conflicts with github CLI client 'gh'

Firstly: THANK YOU THANK YOU for this. I searched for a command-line Linux util to send commands or audio to my Google Home and this is perfect. The Google API docs are so complicated, I despaired when thinking of how I might write such a utility myself.

As the title suggests, it might be good to rename the cmd/gh to something else, as github calls their commandline tool gh as well so it conflicts if one has that installed locally.
