Improvements to the blocks page

There are 2 improvements to make to the Blocks page:

since we'll have sub-minute blocks in Nakamoto, it might be nice to make the timestamp view a little more precise when under a minute, like maybe it should show "47s ago", "31s ago",... instead of "Now", "Now",...

And in the highlight box please change the title to "In the previous bitcoin block" and the data so grabs the data for the previous block, not the current block

Sometimes I see “Now” and then “In Now” under timestamp for an older block
