Inscriptions API call returns wrong "total" in some cases

For example:

https://api.hiro.so/ordinals/v1/inscriptions?address=bc1pdq5qmncg4gdztwuxu050d3f208928yey6r9z2h64m42zmhku2fwst60ekg

This api call returns 18 inscriptions, but the "total" value says only 2.
