Describe the bug
Status update on action tracking are not saved or changes are lost when app is refreshed
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to the tracking tab
2. Double click on one of the available action status
3. Update the action status through the popup
4. Click save

Expected behavior
On clicking save, the popup should disappear, the page should refresh and the changes should be reflected. If the page is reloaded manually, the change should still be reflected accordingly.
