How to add Ingress Rules to Subnet (and download Private Key?)

Hey hitrov,
For context, I'm currently working to start a Minecraft Server by creating an Ampere instance through your method (since my region has been out of capacity for quite some time), although I'm quite unsure on how to add Ingress Rules in respect to this method.
*I haven't started any progress since I've only discovered this repo a week ago, and wanted to go over everything beforehand.
Could you explain a way to add Ingress Rules? A fast and detailed response is much appreciated.
I also plan on using Termius as my server's control panel per se, and need to download my instance's Private Key. How would I do so?
In advance, sorry if I missed anything important in your documentation.

The example is for SSH connection therefore port 22. Change it to your minecraft server port
