get rid of apps

We had a discussion about this recently and we've agreed that we're going to remove all apps from all versions of Hive, and we won't be adding them to Hive Web. We don't have the resources necessary to support them properly, people have problems with them and we can't or don't have time to help them. The code in most apps is in terrible shape and we never had time to rewrite them properly, and probably never will. And we failed to convince more than a couple of third party developers to write any apps for the platform, or any other wallet developers to adopt it.
We might get back to this idea in the future if the situation changes, but for now apps are going out.
I might be able to implement some kind of native support for exchanges and remote wallets instead as a part of #44, but that probably won't happen soon.
