trying to export from Hive wallet to electrum wallet. Address of electron wallet copied and pasted into Hive. Soprry - I am completely new to this and I cannot find any support. I'm not sure if this is the correct place.

I'm assuming this is about the iOS app, since you shouldn't be seeing such errors in the Mac app... For iOS app, contact support@hivewallet.com or add a ticket here https://github.com/hivewallet/hive-ios, or just use the feedback panel inside the app.

I think this is for the Mac app though as it is running on my Macbook.

I've previously raised two tickets with support but all I've had is an automated response when the tickets were raised. No human contact or any indication of what I should expect or when.

@grayble It's not an issue for hive-mac. That's a different app. Discussion around this issue is here:

@weilu is going to work on it next week and hopefully we'll have a solution out soon.
