Which wallet was that, the Mac one (with a standard password set up by you and a single address) or the iOS/web/Android one (with a 12-word passphrase and multiple addresses)? Do you have a backup or the 12-word passphrase?

If you have the 12-word passphrase, then I think you should be able to enter it in the Breadwallet iOS/Android wallet and it should show the same wallet, since it uses the same key format.
