Video not working, HTTP 503 Service not available and ffmpeg exit code 1 signal null error

Installed via Homebridge UI, ffmpeg is working properly, snapshots in Home App are working but live video throws an error "no response", homebridge log (debug mode on):

Doorbird is a D2101FV-EK-V2A FW000131
iOS is 15.1
Homebridge 1.3.6 on a rpi4 with latest buster
