Composition.section.author -> Reference(CH EMED PractitionerRole | CH Core Patient EPR | RelatedPerson)
Shouldn't Patient and RelatedPerson be removed as references here since these are documents coming from a healthcare professional?

CH EMED: So belassen, weil es Anwendungsfälle gibt, wo auch der Patient Autor sein kann (PMP Selbstmedikation (MTP)).
