evilem-define/evilem-create's `:bind` does not work as expected

What did you expect to happen?

The snippet as described in the README.md and in #25 works.

What actually happened?

Adding the snippet and evaluating it results in Symbol's function definition is void: evil-snipe-enable-highlight.
