'^' or Jump to first character in line

The ^ key is not working in fakevim, I guess it is not implemented yet?

It is implemented (fakevimhandler.cpp:3703).

Perhaps Qt interprets the key presses as different character in your case. I use Shift+6 to enter ^ and it works fine.

You can also try :unmap ^ (FakeVim parses configuration file in very dumb way).

Okay I am using a german layout where ^doesn't need any modifiers. Shift+6 strangely also works for me even if Shift+6 maps to &.

I always wanted to switch to an us layout, I probably just do it now.
