Following the Spike #223 and issue #222 we need to investigate how to handle the content for each multi-language webpage for each of the RC sites.

Added dependency label as Darin at Adobe has been working on setting up the Road Choice Helix5 site and the new market sites. Need to sync with him to understand what's possible here for content. The content only needs to replicate what's available on the US site and leverage the Word translation functionality to publish in French for Canada and Spanish for Mexico.

Several RC items are blocked pending conversations with Adobe on 06/10. Will then be planned for refinement 06/11 and 06/13.
