Update: Add Road Choice Stores to the Dealer Locator

Description
Road Choice is opening up a couple stores very soon and they would like to have these locations added to the Dealer Locator. Currently, users get to the locator by clicking on Retailers in the navigation bar. And when users arrive on that page, they see 3 different categories:

• Dealer
• Certified Uptime Dealer
• Certified Electric Dealer

We would need to add in Road Choice Stores and the color marker would also be Red. We may need to consider adding in a differentiator so that it doesn't get mixed up with the Certified Uptime Dealer marker. Plus we may change the name from Retailers to something else (TBD).

Possible solutions (to be confirmed, then refined)

1. Use the Latin America spreadsheet as a basis and add in the Road Choice Stores information which includes address, hours of operation, address, phone number(s), email addresses, driver amenities, and truck services, then add the sheet to SharePoint for the dealer locations can be pulled through to the locator and the sheet is managed manually
2. Request an attribute for a code from ACDB for the Road Choice Store, then pull in the location information automatically

We will need to decide which way to go for a solution first, then take the next steps, including writing in acceptance criteria.

Data is not be present in Dealer Manager (no dealer code) and won't be in the API. @janedbarra Please work with Dealer POD team to get this into master data. In the meantime, we need to find an interim solution. @mollyaljenkins
