Complete `generate_emission_spectra`

The generate_emission_spectra is currently lacking the possibility of fully creating images of the atomic spectra. This should be added.
After that, generate_emission_spectra should be added to the CLI.
An option for creating movies from terminal input should be added. The input will be a sound file and a single static image, and should produce a movie of the length of the sound file.
