Replace customised local vagrant Ubuntu 16.04 box with the official one

There are some bugs with the official vagrant images from Ubuntu right now. So I'm working around it with: 8d49fcf#diff-8cd29798a5d84a1b531b70b5f21d095bR7
This needs to be revised when the official boxes are well behaved.
