Feedback dialog fails to popup.

When the feedback button is clicked, the dialog fails to pop out.

I have discovered that this is bug with the external feedback service the app uses. The problem only exists in devTools device emulator. Viewing the site on my mobile phone, the feedback button works fine. I'm gonna close this now since this is not an issue affecting actual users
