Fix unrelated artworks in related artworks 'all' tab

Describe the bug
When there are no related entities of a certain type, no tab is loaded as intended, but items get pushed to the all tab, anyways. Thereby unrelated artworks are included into the 'all' tab.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to artwork/Q53142946
  2. See unrelated artworks in all tab
