Describe the bug
Feel free to provide any kind of information you think is useful to reproduce your issue.
For colorblind people (8% of all man) it can be hard to use your plugin, because the information is only visible via color.

Solution:
Add an other visual indicator beside color. For example a symbol or hatching.
Thos can also be optional for the user, as it is in the backend.

@00travelgirl00 there is also the custom column “Marker” on the post list pages, is this sufficient as an additional marker besides color?
Technically yes, that column would pass a Accessibility Test.
But I see a few issues with that.
First you have to activate that column, in case it is not activated by default.
Second it needs a lot of space and if multiple columns are visible it can be really hard to see it properly.
It would be better to add a second style at the same place where the color is
