tags_api is required to vote via beempy (shouldn't)

While using consensus endpoint for broadcasting upvotes, executing:
beempy upvote -a gtg -w 100 @steemitblog/steem-fcas-score-upgraded-to-a
results in:
beemapi.exceptions.ApiNotSupported: Assert Exception:api_itr != _registered_apis.end(): Could not find API tags_api

tags are not required to upvote, shouldn't be required by beempy
